In the broadest sense, the NATF’s value proposition is that together we actively leverage the strengths of our individual members to make the entire membership stronger. We identify, communicate, and reinforce “superior practices,” which are developed by our subject-matter experts and represent the best thinking and strongest performance, for emulation by others. And we share timely “lessons learned”—both good and bad—so that all members can learn without experiencing those lessons first-hand. All of this sharing occurs in confidential venues to promote candor and establish an environment where constructive peer challenge to improve is the norm.
